Booking Policies

• 10 Minute Grace Period!

*Please be mindful of our time together

- AFTER 10 minutes your deposit Will be forfeited and will not be included in your final total.

This can also result in an incomplete service due to allocated appointment times.

- AFTER 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment total!

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure day/time

  • Upon sending deposit, DO NOT ADD ANYTHING REGARDING YOUR SERVICE in the “notes” or “for” portion of Zelle. You can add your name and/or appointment date if absolutely necessary.

  • Booking inquiries are only held for 2 hours and are not secure without a deposit

  • Deposits cannot be transferable

  • Final Payments can be made in Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay

*Cash must be exact, there is no change available on-site

Appointment Reminders

  • NEW CLIENTS AND FIRST TIME FACIAL BOOKINGS MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 minutes before appointment to sign Consultation & Consent Forms.
